Well well it's been close to a week since I'm back home from Taiwan! Missed everyone here so much when I was there.. and now that i'm home, i miss the people there! The Yongchun 'corns' (lol), the Zhonglun people.. esp Terence, Hao Wen ( I still cannot thank you enough for those drumsticks! It's a great encouragement. For you guys, i'm bent on learning the drum!) and Gou Gou (who is so darn cute!) and the Nei Hu girls. But then again, I'll be truthful. i'm glad i'm home. However, that doesn't mean i wont go back again! Already we are thinking of going on a trip to taiwan next year. I just hope i can go. Told my parent about it and they dont seem too encouraging. Looks like i'll have to look for a job immediately after i finish my A levels.
Anyway, went out with Cui Xia to catch Death Note: The Last Name. It's been a while since i caught up with her and we had a good time ba. And she gave me a photo frame she bought from TianJin. It was a very pretty frame with the words 'Best Friends'. At that point in time i felt nostalgic. Thought about the many many many things that we did in secondary school and all those coincidences in our lifes. Indeed i'm thankful to have known her. And also thankful that i got to go to taiwan and meet so many people.
2007's coming. There's so much that's gonna happen. It's time to change the way i view things and the way i handle things. I need to mature and grow up! Lol.. but while waiting for 2007 to come.. just let me procrastinate a lil bit more. Haha..
*- Time to mature..

I can survive a day without sleep! I never knew that. Hahaha. Left house at 9.30PM for City Hall mrt. Theoractically, at this time, I would be heading for home, and not the other way around. Lol.. met up with my darling 31/06'ers to watch 'Open Season' at Suntec. After that we loitered around the Esplanade area till 2+ before heading to the Padang. Dilly Dally abit and we finally boarded the bus to our Drink Station 19 at ECP.After doing up the cup formation and filling them up, we slacked around waiting for the runners to come. We were at the 30km mark so it'd take a while. Then finally, the first few African runners. They were going at a very steady speed. Damn good determination and stamina. When they passed our drink station, they just grabbed a random cup without stopping, toppling the other cups around it. We got by the initial shock very quickly, because we knew we couldn't blame them. They drank, and they threw. My goodness on a normal day, you'll be fined! So it went on for a few hours until we were transferred to the 100PLUS station. That's where the fun really started!
YanJun, Marlene, Jan and I had to help pour out cups and cups of 100PLUS for the runners. There was a serious shortage of manpower and the 100PLUS came in litres of SYRUP! o.O It had to be mixed with water and ice first before it could be served. And so, while the 100PLUS people cocktailed, we just laid out cups and filled and filled. In the midst of this commotion, my shorts, my socks, my shoes, MY UNDERWEAR and the lower half of my shirt got soaked in sweet 100PLUS. I didn't really care cause well, it was unavoidable. Thereafter, if I ever got sand on my hands or shorts, I just poured the 100PLUS from jug to wash it off! After an hour or so, the crowd finally died down and we, soaked in 100PLUS, returned for homebase. Continued the waiting agony for another 2 hours and we could finally pack up! We were happy, until we sat by the roadside waiting for the damn bus. ONE WHOLE HOUR. By then, I was utterly pissed and very grouchy.
Back at the Padang, we collected our allowance and I left with Dad and Mum to go get Brennen before heading for home. I expected the toll of the sleepless night to get to me after bath but surprisingly I was still awake and energetic. Carried Brennen around the house, ate, carried Brennen around and that was just basically what I did after bath. That boy's too adorable to ignore. xD
Aunt came to pick him at 8 and I finally got my well-sought-after sleep....
